Abstract
This research was taken from the formulation of the problem that originated from the problem of low performance of employees in PT. Atri Distribusindo Tangeran and indicated by the data distributed target values can not be achieved on target, and employee attendance data for the period of June 2014 through May 2015. From the problems of this research was conducted the analyze of theory and the searches of previous research. So, it was formulated into three hypothesis is H1, H2, and H3. The method of this research are descriptive and verificative that uses a sample of 41 respondents by the instrument of questionnaire research that organized by physical work environments (X1), situational leadership style (X2), work discipline (X3), and employees performance (Y), with a number of 20 statements. The result of data processing shows that the partial physical work environment influential the positive and significant on the employees performance in PT. Atri Distribusindo Tangerang. Situational leadership style influential the positive and significant on the employees performance in PT. Atri Distribusindo Tangerang, and the work discipline influential the positive and significant on the employees performance in PT. Atri Distribusindo Tangerang.
