Abstract
Retirement is someone who is not working anymore because of his age and should be dismissed, or at his own request (early retirement). Someone who retired normally the right to pension or severance. If you get a pension, so he still getpensionuntildeath. Method used descriptive method, the type of data used primary and secondary sourced from PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch Serang, method of data collection usingobservation,interview,andliteraturestudy. The results obtained from this thesis is how the titling procedures TASPEN participants at the PT. TASPEN (Persero), the problems that arise, and the efforts madetoresolve the issue.
