Abstract
The writing of the task of the end of this aims to understand the use of the cost in the process of production companies in producing high quality of goods or services but the price relatively low. Synthesis trouble taken by the author for dutythe end of this is, methods and cost components that which is used by the company as well as a procedure employed in the determination of the cost of production in the company. The author methods used in the preparation of the report with the task of the end of this is descriptive. It is a method that aims to make a picture, systematically in the company accurate and reliable in accordance with the facts about the properties and fenomen be investigated. The method used for finding the solution for the matter be researched. The process of collecting the data was gathered by observation directly, interviews and literature available. Based on reports the end of this task can be concluded that the method in company used was standard costing namely the determination of using benchmark/gage. The where cost components that are there are in cost of variable cost and fixed cost, while a procedure employed is procedure costing which is standard procedure that uses a program (Application System Product) SAP
