Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Youtube terhadap berbicara siswa kemampuan teks prosedur kelas X MAN 2 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitian eksperimen dengan pre-test/post-test dan sebagai instrumen penelitian. keduanya dari sepuluh kelas diambil sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling. Kelas tersebut dipilih sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan menggunakan youtube di proses belajar mengajar dan kelas kontrol adalah kelas yang menggunakan konvensional belajar mengajar. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian. Uji Instrumen terdiri dari penampilan berbicara untuk membuat teks prosedur dengan enam aspek penilaian yang diberikan pada pre-test dan post-test. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hipotesis nol dan hipotesis alternatif. Hasil dari ini penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan youtube mempengaruhi kemampuan berbicara siswa. T-test perhitungan digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan youtube terhadap kemampuan berbicara. Dari hasil perhitungan t-test pada post-test diperoleh bahwa lebih tinggi dari taraf (10.363>2.0049). Itu menjadi kesimpulan bahwa kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol memiliki perbedaan kemampuan yang signifikan dalam hal kemampuan berbicara setelah perlakuan. Artinya dipengaruhi youtube terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa dalam teks prosedur

| Additional Information: | This study aims to find out the influence of using Youtube toward students speaking ability in procedure textat the tenth grade of MAN 2 Kota Serang. This research is an experimental research with pre-test/post-test and as instruments of research. The two of tenth classes were taken as the research sample by using cluster random sampling. The class was chosen as the experimental class that was treated by using youtube in teaching learning process and the control class was the class that used conventional teaching learning. The research data was gained by using research instrument. Test instrument consisted of speaking performance to make a procedure text with six aspects of scoring that given on pre-test and post-test. The hypothesis test that used in this research was null hypothesis and alternative hypothesis. The result of this research revealed that the use of youtube influenced students’ speaking ability.T-test calculation was used to know the influence of using youtube toward students’ speaking ability. From the result of t-test calculation in post-test, it was obtained that the was higher than the level of (10,363>2,0049). It be conclude that experimental and control groups has significant differences ability in terms of speaking ability after the treatment. It means that it was influenced of youtube toward students’ speaking ability in procedure text. | |||||||||
