Ratih Fatimah Azzahra, NIM. 6661142691. Skripsi. Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Banten. Pembimbing I: Titi Stiawati, M.Si dan Pembimbing II: Drs. Oman Supriadi, M.Si Kinerja suatu instansi Pemerintahan dapat dilihat dari kinerja Pegawai atau aparatur pemerintahannya, peneliti akan memfokuskan penelitian ini di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi banten, dimana Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten mempunyai tugas pokok dan Fungsi yaitu memfasilitasi anggota DPRD Provinsi Banten. Dalam menilai kinerja pekerjaan seseorang penilaian kinerja sangat penting bagi setiap pegawai untuk mengukur bagaimana prestasi kerja pegawai tersebut dan mengukur sejauh mana tugas pokok dan fungsi secretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten dapat terlaksana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai di sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten. Peneliti mmenggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menekankan pada konsep pengukuran kinerja menurut Teori Sedarmayanti sebagai faktor-faktor yang meliputi indikator kinerja yaitu: Prestasi Kerja, Keahlian, Perilaku, Kepemimpinan. Dalam pemilihan informan peneliti menggunakan purposive. Adapun teknik yang digunakan peneliti dalam pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten masih dapat dikatakan buruk. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masih banyak pegawai yang melakukan tindakan tidak disiplin, lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman, serta kepemimpinan yang kurang tegas terhadap pegawai. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Pegawai, Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten.

The performance of a government agency can be seen from the performance of employees or government officials, the researcher will focus this research at the Banten Provincial DPRD Secretariat, where the Banten Provincial DPRD Secretariat employees have the main duties and functions of facilitating Banten Province DPRD members. In assessing a person's job performance performance appraisal is very important for each employee to measure how the employee's work performance and measure the extent to which the main tasks and functions of the Banten Provincial DPRD secretariat can be carried out. The purpose of this study was to find out how the employee's performance at the Banten Provincial DPRD secretariat. Researchers use qualitative research methods by emphasizing the concept of performance measurement according to Sedarmayanti Theory as factors that include performance indicators, namely: Work Achievement, Expertise, Behavior, Leadership. In the selection of informants the researchers used purposive. The technique used by researchers in data collection is interviews, observation and documentation studies. Conclusions from the results of this study indicate that the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the Banten Provincial DPRD can still be said to be bad. This is because there are still many employees who do undisciplined actions, uncomfortable work environments, and less assertive leadership towards employees.
