Pengawasan Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Unit Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah Serang I Tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Pada PT. Bees footwear Inc. Pembimbing I: Dr. Suwaib Amirudin, M.Si dan Pembimbing II: Dr. Ayuning Budiati, MPPM Perusahaan Industri yang semakin modern ditandai dengan penggunaan mesin produksi yang canggih, serta penggunaan bahan kimia. Selain menunjang produktivitas dalam proses produksi, juga memicu risiko kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja. Guna menjamin hak tenaga kerja atas jaminan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pemerintah melalui Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Banten melaksanakan tanggungjawab diantaranya pengawasan ketenagakerjaan oleh Unit Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan Koordinator Wilayah Kerja Serang I. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengawasan Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Unit Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah Serang I tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada PT. Beesfootwear Inc. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis yaitu teori Pandoyo (2014:109), menentukan ukuran atau pedoman baku atau standar, mengadakan penilaian terhadap pekerjaan yang sudah dilaksanakan, membandingkan pelaksanaan dengan standar yang berlaku dan mengadakan perbaikan atas penyimpangan yang terjadi. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih lemahnya pengawasan Disnakertrans Provinsi Banten Unit Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah Serang I meliputi : adanya perusahaan yang belum melaksanakan prosedur secara menyeluruh, kurun waktu pengawasan dilakukan tiap 1 tahun sekali, kurang memfokuskan adanya Panitia Pembina Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (P2K3), belum diberlakukan sanksi yang tegas. Saran peneliti adalah memberlakukan sanksi yang tegas, menyediakan layanan pengaduan online, menambah waktu pemeriksaan minimal 2 kali dalam setahun, menambah jumlah tenaga pengawas dan mengutamakan inspeksi mendadak terkait teknis pengawasan. In addition to supporting productivity in the production process, it also triggers the risk of accidents and occupational diseases. In order to guarantee the labor rights for health and safety guarantees, the government through the Banten Province Manpower and Transmigration Office carries out responsibilities including labor inspection by the Labor Inspection Unit of the Serang Work Area Coordinator I. This study aims to determine the Supervision of the Manpower and Transmigration Office Serang I about Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at PT. Beesfootwear Inc. The theory used to analyze is the Pandoyo theory (2014: 109), determine the size or standard guideline or standard, conduct an assessment of the work that has been carried out, compare the implementation with the applicable standards and make improvements to deviations that occur. The research method uses qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the supervision of the Banten Provincial Disnakertrans Serang I Labor Inspection Unit still included: the existence of companies that have not implemented the procedure as a whole, the period of supervision is carried out every 1 year, less focus on the Occupational Safety and Health Supervisory Committee (P2K3) strict sanctions. Researcher's suggestion is to impose strict sanctions, provide online complaints services, increase inspection time at least 2 times a year, increase the number of supervisors and prioritize sudden inspection related to technical supervision.
