Evaluasi Peraturan Bupati Serang Nomor 20 Tahun 2017 Tentang Cara Pembagian dan Penetapan Rincian Alokasi Dana Desa, Bagi Hasil Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah dan Dana Desa Tahun 2017 (Studi Kasus: Evaluasi Penggunaan Dana Desa di Kecamatan Tanara Kabupaten Serang Tahun 2017). Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Pubik. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik. Dosen pembimbing I: Dr. Ayuning Budiarti dan Dosen pembimbing II: Rahmawati., S.Sos., M.Si Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Kebijakan , Penggunaan, Dana Desa. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah Evalusi Penggunaan Dana Desa di Kecamatan Tanara Tahun 2017. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hasil Evaluasi dari Penggunaan Dana Desa di Kecamatan Tanara Tahun 2017. Dengan rumusan masalah: seberapa besar hasil Evaluasi Penggunaan Dana Desa Di Kecamatan Tanara Tahun 2017. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori William Dunn. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data secara Acciden Sampling pada data primer yang terdiri 100 responden. Menggunakan kuesioner dengan 30 pertanyaan yang disi oleh responden. Analisis data dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji t, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Evaluasi Penggunaan Dana Desa di Kecamaan Tanara Tahun 2017 dengan hasil baik. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa t-hitung < t-tabel = (-6.2<1.98) dan didukung hasil sebesar 56.47%. Hal ini di sebabkan kurangnya peran pemerintah desa dan masyarakat desa dalam pembangunan desa, pelaksanaan kegiatan belum memecahkan masalah masyarakat, Serta ketepatan pemilihan kegiatan yang sesuai karakteristik, potensi dan harapan masyarakat. Disarankan perencanaan penggunaan dana desa lebih dimaksimalkan lagi dengan cara menyerap seluruh masukan dan usulan seluruh lapisan masyarakat, menghidupkan kembali jiwa gotong-royong masyarakat yang sudah hilang di kalangan masyarakat desa, dan menemukan, menggali dan memutuskan karakteristik dan potensi milik desa.

The aim of the study was to find out the results of the Evaluation of Village Funds in Tanara District in 2017. The formulation of the problem: how much the Evaluation of Village Fund Use in Tanara District 2017. The theory used is the theory of William Dunn. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. Acciden data collection Sampling in primary data consisting of 100 respondents. This reseach used questionnaire with 30 questions answered by the respondent. Data analysis used descriptive text, t test, and hypothesis test. The results of the study showed an evaluation of the use of village funds in the district of Tanara in 2017 with good results. The calculation results state that t-count <t-table = (-6.2 <1.98) and supported by results of 56.47%. This research is caused by the lack of the role of the village government and the village community in village development, the implementation of activities has not solved community problems, as well as the accuracy of the selection of activities that are in accordance with the characteristics, potentials and expectations of the community. This research recommended that the use of village funds planning be maximized again by absorbing all input and proposals from all levels of society, reviving the spirit of community mutual cooperation that has been lost among the village community, and finding, exploring and deciding the characteristics and potential of village ownership. |
