(BTPN) KCP.Pandeglang.Method used descriptive methods.Types used are is primary and secondary, sourced from Bank TabunganPensiunan Nasional. The methods of data collection using library study,documentation, andaninterviews.The resultsobtained from this thesis is how thepension creditgrantingprocedures and accounting records of the administration ofpension credit at PT.Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional,Tbk.(BTPN) KCP.Pandeglang.
