Abstract

Unit Micro credit is a financial institution that is growing and requires human resources capable of providing good performance. Activities that are currently running is the provision of operating funds for small traders menengah.Penelitian aims to determine the workload scores for each level of the hierarchy and determine the factors that most influence the position of the workload levels experienced by employees in each unit of micro-credit. This research carried on in three (3) units of micro-banks include Bank BRI micro units, units and unit Micro Micro BJB Bukopin. The subjects of this study were all existing employees in the unit. The workload is measured is the mental workload. Mental workload was measured using NASA TLX method. This method includes six indicators of mental demand, physical demand, temporal demand, performance, Effort, Level frustrating. Under the NASA TLX workload classification, for the post of head of unit, branch manager and a manager unit included in the classification is very high. Contributing factor is the achievement of business targets and monitoring loans, for teller positions and coordinator of operational supervision unit operations included in the classification of Appeal. Contributing factor is how much workers can finish the work that has been set by the leadership, to the post of account officer in each unit included in the classification of Appeal. Factor that causes high business targets, for Teller positions in each unit included in the classification being. Factors that cause frequent errors in transactions or data input. Collector's office in each unit included in the classification of micro high. Factor the cause that many debtors were late and jammed in installment payments.Credit analysts in each unit included in the classification of micro medium. Namely contributing factor to determine the feasibility of such guarantees

Unit Mikro kredit merupakan lembaga keuangan yang sedang berkembang dan memerlukan Sumber daya manusia yang mampu memberikan kinerja yang baik. Kegiatan yang saat ini berjalan adalah penyedian dana usaha untuk para pedagang kecil menengah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui skor beban kerja pada setiap jabatan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang paling mempengaruh level jabatan terhadap beban kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan di setiap unit mikro kredit. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di 3 (tiga) unit mikro bank antara lain unit mikro Bank BRI, unit Mikro BJB dan Unit Mikro Bukopin. Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada dalam unit mikro. Beban kerja yang di ukur adalah beban kerja mental. Beban kerja mental diukur dengan menggunakan metode NASA TLX. Metode ini memuat enam indikator yaitu kebutuhan mental, kebutuhan fisik, kebutuhan waktu, performansi, Usaha, Tingkat frustasi. Berdasarkan klasifikasi beban kerja NASA TLX, untuk jabatan kepala unit, branch manager dan manager unit termasuk dalam klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Faktor penyebabnya yaitu pencapaian target bisnis dan memonitor pinjaman kredit,Untuk jabatan teller unit supervisi operasional dan kordinator operasional termasuk dalam klasifikasi Tinggi. Faktor penyebabnya yaitu seberapa besar pekerja dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pimpinan, untuk jabatan account officer di setiap unit termasuk dalam klasifikasi Tinggi. Factor penyebabnya yaitu target bisnis yang tinggi, untuk jabatan Teller di setiap unit termasuk dalam klasifikasi sedang. Factor penyebabnya yaitu seringnya terjadi kesalahan dalam transaksi atau input data. Untuk jabatan Collector di setiap unit mikro termasuk dalam klasifikasi tinggi. Factor penyebabnya yaitu banyaknya debitur yang telat dan macet dalam pembayaran angsuran. Untuk analist credit di setiap unit mikro termasuk dalam klasifikasi sedang. Faktor penyebabnya yaitu untuk menentukan layak atau tidaknya jaminan tersebut
