Abstract

Writing the final reportaims to find outhow the analysisand the factorsthat causebad loans toPT.Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten,Tbk.KCPCikandewherewriting methodusedis descriptive method. Writing method used in writing this final report is descriptive. Descriptivemethod is a form of primary research. Is shown to describe ordepict phenomenathat exist, both phenomena that are natural or human engineering Credit analysisconductedwith5Cprinciple, namelyCharacter,Capital,Capacity, Collateral and Conditions. The creditors would have to be reallycareful in analyzingborrowers whowant toapply for credit if you do notwant tohappen things thatcan bedetrimental to the bank,one of the effects that occurwhen one analyzes is bad credit, bad credit cause for non-fulfillment of theprinciple5C.But there are severalother factors thatcause thesebad credit thatcould be the fault of the the debtor and the fault of the bank(lender),which isdone intentionally or unintentionally. If it happens bad loans the bank hasmeasures solution that is the wayRescheduling,Reconditioning,Restructuring,CombinationandSeizureSecurity.
