Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of a revolving fund management unit of activities in view of the public who receive assistance revolving fund that is women's credit group (SPP) on perception indicator of the revolving fund, selection of distribution and receiving revolving funds, the process of disbursement and revolving funds, and mentoring process. Research method used in this study is the survey method, and determine the respondents using census method. Methods of data collection used primary and secondary data. Technique of analyzing data used in this study are likert scale, descriptive analysis and simple tabulation analysis. The results were obtained from four variables showed that; 1) Variable perception of the revolving fund amounting to average results 3.60 it’s indicates that the revolving fund can assist in the problem of capital, business development, create business opportunities, employment opportunities, and increase incomes of poor society. 2) Variable Selection revolving fund distribution and receiving of 3.42 average result is done openly and the process easy to understand, clear procedures, and simple procedures. 3) Variable process of disbursement and the revolving funds amounted to 3.86 where there is a high effectiveness in this variable, average result indicates that it is very beneficial for those who receive and require capital. 4) Variable mentoring process amounted to 3:19 average result showed that fasilitator provide training and guidance, empowering communities, develop business, boost entrepreneurial capacity.
