Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko yang ditanggung oleh petani produksi terbesar surjan sistem , mengidentifikasi sumber risiko produksi ( beras, bawang merah, dan cabai merah ) ditanggung oleh petani pada sistem surjan, dan menganalisis manajemen risikonya dilakukan oleh petani dalam meminimalkan risiko produksi. Metode Penelitian ini melakukan survey, penelitian menentukan lokasi secara sengaja (purposive) bahwa Desa Toyomerto, Kecamatan Kramatwatu, SerangBanten, dengan pertimbangan: bahwa desa Toyomerto merupakan pusat tata guna lahan surjan. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data primer dan sekunder yang diolah dengan analisis risiko produksi alat seperti standar deviasi, varians, dan koefisien variasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa komoditas memiliki tingkat risiko tertinggi berdasarkan risiko pendapatan tertinggi pada komoditas bawang merah sebesar 99% dari nilai pendapatan petani dengan standar nilai penyimpangan sebesar Rp. 2.597.870,34 per hektar. Sedangkan tingkat risiko terendah dalam hal pendapatan sama dengan 19% dari nilai pendapatan petani dengan standar nilai penyimpangan sebesar Rp. 3.188.869,62 per hektar. Sumber risiko produksi di berupa perubahan iklim dan cuaca, terserangnya hama dan penyakit, kesuburan tanah, dan penggunaan input. Petani di desa Toyomerto telah melakukan beberapa upaya untuk meminimalkan risiko yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian. Ada beberapa hal yang dilakukan petani untuk meminimalisir resiko, salah satunya dengan sistem surjan tata guna lahan, dapat memberikan harapan bagi petani jika rugi bertani satu, petani masih punya usahatani lain, pasca panen manajemen juga dilakukan petani untuk meminimalkan risiko

| Additional Information: | This study aimed to analyze the risk borne by the greatest production farmers surjan system , identify the source of the risk of production ( rice, onion, and red pepper ) are borne by the farmer on surjan system, and analyze the risk management performed by farmers in minimizing the risk of production. Methods This study conducted a survey, the study determined the location of intentionally ( purposive) that Toyomerto Village, District Kramatwatu, SerangBanten, with the consideration that Toyomerto village is the center of the land use system surjan. The data collected is primary and secondary data which be processed using production risk analysis tools such as standard deviation, variance, and coefficient of variation. The results showed that commodities have the highest risk level based on the highest income risk on commodity onion for 99 % of the value of the income of farmers with a standard deviation value of Rp. 2.597.870,34 per hectare. While the lowest risk level in terms of revenue is equal to 19 % of the value of the income of farmers with a standard deviation value of Rp. 3.188.869,62 per hectare. Sources of production risk in the form of climate change and weather, terserangnya pests and diseases, soil fertility, and the use of inputs. Farmers in the village Toyomerto has made some efforts to minimize the risks that could cause harm. There are several things that farmers do to minimize the risks, one of them with land use surjan system, it can provide hope for farmers if losses farming one, farmers still have other farming, post-harvest management is also carried farmers to minimize the risk | |||||||||
