Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa konsentrasi kinetin dan ekstrak tauge terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman anthurium (Anthurium jenmanii Linden) menggunakan in vitro. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Bioteknologi, Departemen Agroekoteknologi, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Serang, dari Desember 2013 hingga Maret 2014. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah acak lengkap design (CRD) dengan dua faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi Zat pengatur tumbuh Kinetin (A) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu : A0 : 0 mg/l, A1 : 0,5 mg/l, A2: 1 mg/l, A3: 1,5 mg/l. Faktor kedua adalah ekstrak tauge (B) perlakuan dengan 5 level yaitu: B0: 0 g/l, B1: 50 g/l, B2: 100 g/l, B3: 150 g/l, B4: 200 g/l. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada ekstrak tauge yang menunjukkan hasil terbaik pada parameter tinggi tanaman, parameter jumlah daun, dan waktu parameter muncul tunas. Pemberian kinetin 1,5 mg/l menunjukkan hasil terbaik pada parameter jumlah tunas. Pemberian kinetin 1,5 mg/l dan ekstrak kacang kecambah 200 g/l menunjukkan hasil terbaik pada parameter jumlah tunas dan kuncup muncul parameter waktu.

| Additional Information: | This study aims to determine the effect of several concentrations of kinetin and bean sprouts extract on the growth of plants anthurium (Anthurium jenmanii Linden) using in vitro. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Biotechnology, Department of Agroecotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Serang, from December 2013 to March 2014. The experimental design used in this study was completely randomized design (CRD) with two treatment factors. The first factor was the concentration of growth regulator Kinetin (A) with 4 levels of treatment are: A0: 0 mg/l, A1: 0,5 mg/l, A2: 1 mg/l, A3: 1.5 mg/l. The second factor was the extract of bean sprouts (B) treatment with 5 level are: B0: 0 g/l, B1: 50 g/l, B2: 100 g/l, B3: 150 g/l, B4: 200 g/l. The results of the analysis showed that no bean sprouts extract showed the best results on the parameters of plant height, leaf number of parameters, and time parameters appear shoots. Giving kinetin 1.5 mg / l showed the best results on the parameters of the number of shoots. Giving kinetin 1.5 mg / l and extract bean sprouts 200 g / l showed the best results on the parameters of the number of shoots and buds appear time parameters. | |||||||||
