Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan serapan nitrogen Azolla microphylla akibat pemberian konsentrasi pupuk fosfor dan pupuk molybdenum yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Panancangan Cipocok Jaya, Kota Serang dan PAIR – BATAN, Jakarta Selatan yang dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai Oktober 2014, Penelitian ini mengunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan dua faktor, faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi pupuk fosfor dengan 4 taraf yaitu: P0: 0 ppm, P1: 15 ppm, P2: 30 ppm, dan P3: 45 ppm dan faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi pupuk molybdenum dengan 4 taraf yaitu: T0: 0 ppm, T1: 0,5 ppm, T3:1,0 ppm dan T4: 1,5 ppm. Setiap perlakuan diulang tiga kali sehingga diperoleh jumlah tanaman 48 satuan percobaan. Parameter yang diamati adalah pH air, persentase penutupan, bobot basah, bobot kering total, kadar nitrogen dan serapan kadar nitrogen total. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk fosfat dan pupuk molybdenum terhadap serapan nitrogen dan pertumbuhan Azolla microphylla. Kombinasi antara perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk molybdenum 0,5 ppm dan konsentrasi pupuk fosfat 30 ppm memberikan hasil kecenderungan yang lebih baik untuk persentase penutupan dan bobot basah tanaman dengan nilai rata – rata persentase penutupan 100% dengan nilai 99,12 gram. Sedangkan kombinasi konsentrasi pupuk molybdenum 0,5 ppm dan konsentrasi pupuk fosfor 45 ppm memberikan hasil kecenderungan yang lebih baik untuk bobot kering total dan serapan nitrogen total, dengan masing – masing bernilai rata – rata 7,26 gram dan 19,75 m

Additional Information: This research was conducted to find out the growth and nitrogen absorption Azolla microphylla due to provision of fertilizer and phosphor fertilizer concentration of molybdum is different. This research was conducted in the village of Panancangan Cipocok Jaya, Serang and PAIR – BATAN, South Jakarta which was carried out in September and October 2014, the research is using Random Design Group with two factors, the first factor, namely the concentration of fertilizer phosphorus with 4 levels, namely: P0: 0 ppm, P1: 15 ppm, P2: 30 ppm, and P3: 45 ppm and the second factor is that the concentration of molybdenum fertilizer with 4 levels : T0: 0 ppm, T1: 0,5 ppm, T2: 1,0 ppm and T3: 1,5 ppm. Each treatment was repeated three times so that the sum of the plant obtained 48 units of the experiment. The observed parameters are pH water, percentage of closure, dry weights, wet weight total nitrogen levels, and the rate of absorption of nitrogen in total. Results of the study indicate that there is an interaction between the treatment of phosphoric fertilizers and fertilizer concentration of molybdenum on nitrogen absorption and growth of Azolla microphylla. A combination of treatment molybdenum fertilizer concentrations of 0,5 ppm and 30 ppm of phosphate fertilizer concentration gives a better trend results for the percentage of wet weight and closing plants with a value of align 100% percentage average closing value 99,12 grams. While the combination of molybdenum fertilizer concentration of 0,5 ppm and the concentration of fertilizer phosphorus 45 ppm provides a better trend results fordried weight total nitrogen absorption and total, with each worth an average 7,26 grams and 19,75 mg
