Abstract
The Purpose of study was`to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Normative Commitment on Employee Performance in PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry ( Persero ) Branch Merak. The independent variable in this study is Organizational Culture and Normative Commitment while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The method used in this research is descriptive and causal. While the method of analisis is the multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and t test. From the results of hypothesis testing is performed using the t test results are obtained as follows : t results for organizational culture and normative commitment of 6.686 is greater than t table ( 1,989 ) we can conclude that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted it means there is significant effect of organizational culture on employee performance. Results of normative commitment t of 3.065 is greater than t table ( 1.989 ) it can be stated that Ha is accepted. this case means there is a significant effect of normative commitment to employee performance. For the F test results obtained at F arithmetic 79.063 and F table 3.11 (79.063>3.11), it can be stated that Ha is accepted which means simultaneously significant effect of organizational culture and normative commitment the employee performance. Judging from the coefficient of determination of 66.1 % , meaning the effect resulting from organizational culture and normative commitment on employee performance by 66.1 % .

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Normatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Cabang Merak. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Normatif sedangkan variabel terikat adalah Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan kausal. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Dari hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Hasil t hitung untuk Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Normatif sebesar 6,686 lebih besar dari t tabel (1,989) maka dapat dikatakan bahwa H0 di tolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil t hitung untuk Komitmen Normatif sebesar 3,065 lebih besar dari t tabel (1,989) maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Komitmen Normatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Untuk hasil uji F diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 79,063 dan Ftabel sebesar 3,11 (79,063>3,11), maka dapat dinyatakan Ha diterima yang mana berarti secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Normatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dilihat dari koefisien determinasi sebesar 66,1 %, berarti pengaruh yang dihasilkan dari Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Normatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 66,1 %. | |||||||||
