Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there influence between Debt to Equity Ratio to Stock Price, Current Ratio to Stock Price anda to determine wheather the Earning Per Share can mediate between the Debt to Equity Ratio to Stock Price and to determine wheather the Earning Per Share can mediate the Current Ratio to Stock Price in the Textile and Garment Sector period 2010-2013 Population in this study as many as 18 companies and the number of samples used by 14 companies. The Sampling technique that is used is purposive sampling. The method used is the classic assumption test,Partial Test and Path Analysis Based on the partial test results Debt to Equity Ratio not significantly affect the stock price changes with t value 0,933 < t table 1,761 with significantly greater level of 5%. Based on the partial test results Current Ratio not significantly affect the stock price changes with t value -1,532 < t table -1,761 with significantly greater level of 5%.Then for testing Path Analysis generate that EPS can not mediate DER or CR to Stock Price Chages
