Abstract
the implementation ofaction research in the background of a problem is the low student learning outcomes in natural science and less active students in learning.The effects of the use of lecture methods that often do teachers.This research aims to help teachers improve student outcomes learning and increase student activity. theusing Cooperative learning Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type in natural science.Method of this research using class action research of Kemmis & Mc Taggartmodel. This research is 26 students of class IV SDN Baketor. The research was conducted for 2 cycle, which each cycle is consist of 2 meets. The instrument used are test with 20multiple choice questions, observation teacher and student, and interviwe teacher. The result of this research are outcome learning and activities student in science learning have increased, in the pre cycle student outcomes learning only 35%. Then in thefirst cycle student outcomes learning increased to 61% and student activity increased to 66%. But on this first cycle in student outcomes learning and student activity hasn’t reached of success indicator is 80% and 85% for student activity.And then, in the second cycle student outcomes learning increased again to 88% and student activity also increased to 91%. The research concluded that learning by using model of cooperatif learning numbered heads together (NHT) type to improve students outcomes learning and students activity in natural science.

| Additional Information: | Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas inidilatar belakang adanya masalah yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam dan kurang aktifnya siswa dalampembelajaran.Efek dari penggunaan metode ceramah yang sering dilakukan guru.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan meningkatkan aktifitas siswa. menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam.Dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas menggunaka model penelitian Kemmis & Mc Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 26 siswa kelas IV SDN Baketor. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas dilakukan selama 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa tes dengan 20 soal pilihan ganda, observasiguru dan siswa, dan wawancara guru.Hasil belajar pada pra siklus ketuntasan belajar siswa hanya mencapai 35%. pada siklus I ketuntasan belajar siswa mengalami peningkatanmencapai61% dan presentase aktivitas siswa mencapai 66%. Akan tetapi, hasil pada siklus I belum mecapai indikator keberhasilan yaitu 80% untuk hasil belajr siswa dan 85% untuk aktivitas siswa. kemudian , siklus II ketuntasan belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 88% dan aktivitas siswa pun mengalamipeningkatan yaitu sebsar 91%. Dari perolehan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaranKooperatif Tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT)dapatmeningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA | |||||||||
