Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of post purchase service and price on purchase decisions Honda Beat FI motorcycle on credit at PT. Federal International serang The study uses a descriptive design and causal design. Techniques of data collection was done through a questionaire, with a sample of 98 respondents. For analysis correlation and multiple regression with SPSS 17 program assisted. Hypotheses tested using by statistical test result X1 t value is t count > t table (5.505>1.985) and the result X2 t value is t count > t table (4.651>1.985) and the value obtained using the F test F count > F table (51.006>3.092217). it can be concluded that there is significant influence of post purschase service and price on purchase decisions Honda Beat FI motorcycle on credit at PT. Federal International Finance, serang

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh pelanayana pasca pembelian dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Beat FI secara kredit di PT. Federal International Finance serang Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode causal. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengajukan kuesioner sebanyak 98 responden. Untuk menganalisa menggunakan sistem bantuan SPSS 17. Uji coba hipotesis menggunakan dari hasil tes data statistik X1 (Pelayanan pasca pembelian) t hitung > t tabel = (5.505>1.985) dan hasil uji X2 (Harga) t hitung > t tabel = (4.651 > 1.985) dan t hitung dapat di peroleh dengan menggunakan uji F tabel 51.006 > 3.092217. dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikat dari pelayanan pasca pembelian dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor honda Beat FI secara kredit di PT. Federal International Finance, Serang
