Abstract
Sistem informasi yang dilaksanakan gudang consumable di PT. Cigading Habeam Centre masih memakai sistem konvensional dimana hanya dilakukan pencatatan jumlah barang masuk tanpa diketahui jumlah pemakaian barang dan ketersediaan barang, sehingga resiko barang habis tanpa diketahui kerap kali terjadi. Hal ini juga kerap terjadi pada persediaan welding wire yang penggunaannya hampir selalu digunakan untuk setiap kegiatan produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan membuat sistem informasi manajemen persediaan barang di gudang consumable PT. Cigading Habeam Centre dan menentukan jumlah pemesanan dan reorder point yang tepat untuk persediaan kebutuhan barang consumable di PT. Cigading Habeam Centre menggunakan metode EOQ dengan menggunakan sistem informasi yang telah dibuat. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan perancangan sistem informasi ini adalah metode FAST (Framework For The Application Of Sytem Thinking). Metode FAST ini terdiri dari fase-fase scope definition, problem analysis, requirements analysis, logical design, dan physical design. Sedangkan fitur khusus untuk pada sistem untuk pemesanan barang digunakan metode EOQ dan reorder point. Hasil dari perancangan sistem yang telah dibuat sistem dapat melakukan rekam transaksi barang masuk dan barang keluar, membuat laporan keluar masuk barang dan membuat usulan pemesanan barang berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan sistem dengan menggunakan metode EOQ.

| Additional Information: | The information system implemented by the warehouse consumable in PT. Cigading Habeam Centre still uses conventional system where only done by recording the number of incoming items, without knowing amount of usage items and availability of items, the risk of undetected consumable items often occur. It is also often the case in supply welding wire whose almost always used for each production activity. This research was conducted with the aim of making inventory management information system in the consumable warehouse PT. Cigading Habeam Centre and determine the number of reservations and appropriate of reorder point to supply the needs of consumable items in PT. Cigading Habeam Centre with EOQ method using information system that has been made. The method used in conducting information system design is the method of FAST (framework for the application of the sytem thinking). FAST method consists of phases scope definition, problem analysis, requirements analysis, design logical and physical design. Meanwhile, a special feature to the system for ordering items used method of EOQ and reorder point. The results of designing, the system can record transactions of incoming items and outgoing items, make a report of incoming items and outgoing item,s and making plans of ordering items based on calculations performed using the method EOQ on the system. | |||||||||
