Abstract

Penelitian in ibertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang peran guru dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak melalui kegiatan menggambar bebas di PAUD Ar-RidhoLebak.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PAUD Ar-Ridho Lebak di semester tahun pelajaran 2014-2015. Subjek penelitian adalah anak usia 4-5 tahun berjumlah 8 orang yang mengalami gangguan motorik halus di PAUD Ar-RidhoLebak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan non tes untuk memperoleh data peran guru da�lam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak yaitu melalui tekni kob�servasiyaituberupainstrumenpenelitian, catatanlapangan, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Peran guru PAUD Ar-Ridho Lebak dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 4-5 tahun sudah sesuai peranannya. Hal ini terlihat dengan peran guru sebagai motivator, fasilitator, demonstrator, mediator, pembimbing dan pelatih. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa kegiatan dengan menggunakan kegiatan menggambar beba sdapat mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak sebagai salah satu acuan bagi guru di PAUD Ar-RidhoLebak.

Additional Information: This Research aim for to studying of aboutthe role of teacher within de�velopment soft motor ability with free drawing activity at PaudAr-Ridho Leb�ak.The study was conducted in Ar-Ridho Lebak Early Childhood in 1rth semester year 2014-2015. The study subjects were children aged 4-5 years were 8 people with impaired fine motor skills in early childhood Ar-RidhoLebak. Meanwhile, the method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques us�ing non- test to obtain data on the teacher's role in developing a child's fine motor skills through observation techniques in the form of research instruments, field notes, interviews, observation and documentation. The findings of the research results show that: The role of early childhood teachers Ar-RidhoLebak in devel�oping fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years was appropriate role. This can be seen by the teacher's role as a motivator, facilitator, demonstrator, mediator , counselors and coaches . By applying such a role, fine motor skills a child can be increased. The result of implication that activity used method of free drawing ac�tivity could develop student‟s soft motor for getting ready to write as one of learn�ing for teacher at PAUD Ar-RidhoLebak
