Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi baja gulungan dan lembaran. Baja gulungan ini dibagi menjadi 3 bagian berdasarkan ukuran ketebalannya yaitu lite dengan ketebalan ≤ 0,2 mm, medium dengan ketebalan 0,21 mm – 0,59 mm dan heavy dengan ketebalan ≥ 0,6 mm. Proses pembuatan baja gulungan ini dibagi menjadi 2 jenis yaitu full hard yang diproses dengan mesin CPL, CTCM, dan ECL, sedangkan jenis soft diproses dengan mesin CPL, CTCM, ECL, BAF, dan TPM. Proses produksi baja gulungan ini membentuk pola aliran flow shop multi stage, dimana setiap job akan melewati satu kali proses dalam satu mesin untuk kemudian diproses di mesin berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penjadwalan dengan menggunakan metode sistem lelang (auction based) untuk meminimasi weighted tardiness dan membandingkan jadwal produksi usulan dengan jadwal existing di perusahaan. Model penjadwalan sistem lelang dengan tujuan minimasi weighted tardiness yang dipakai adalah model penjadwalan Ilhami (2010) dengan memodifikasi aturan list scheduling. Pada penelitian ini metode SPT-F, SPT-B, LPT-F, dan LPT-B digunakan sebagai perbandingan dengan hasil penjadwalan sistem lelang. Dari hasil penelitian didapat nilai weighted tardiness penjadwalan dengan sistem lelang sebesar 24 dengan tardiness 16 hari, dengan metode SPT-F didapat weighted tardiness sebesar 201 dengan tardiness 104 hari, dengan metode SPT-B didapat weighted tardiness sebesar 129 dengan tardiness 20 hari, dengan metode LPT-F didapat weighted tardiness sebesar 129 dengan tardiness 67 hari, dengan metode LPT-B didapat weighted tardiness sebesar 45 dengan tardiness 25 hari, dan pada jadwal existing perusahaan didapat weighted tardiness sebesar 153 dengan tardiness 88 hari. Dari hasil analisa dapat diketahui bahwa penjadwalan sistem lelang adalah yang paling baik karena memberikan nilai weighted tardiness paling kecil diantara keenam penjadwalan yang telah dilakukan.

The production process of steel trusses forms the flow pattern of flow shop multi stage, where every job going through a one-time process in one engine and then processed in the next machine. This research aims to carry out scheduling using the metode system auction (auction based) to manage the weighted tardiness and compare the production schedule proposal with schedule of existing in the company. Modeling of scheduling system for the purpose of manage the auction weighted tardiness scheduling model used was Ilhami (2010) by modifying the rule list scheduling. From the research obtained the value of tardiness weighted rescheduled with auction system by 24 with tardiness 16 days , with the methods SPT-F obtained weighted tardiness of 201 with tardiness 104 days , with the methods SPT-B obtained weighted tardiness of 129 with tardiness 20 days , with the methods LPT-F obtained weighted tardiness of 129 with tardiness 67 days , with the methods LPT-B obtained weighted tardiness as much as 45 with tardiness 25 days , and on a schedule existing company acquired weighted tardiness of 153 with tardiness 88 days. From the results of the analysis can be known that scheduling of the auction system was the most for giving the weighted value tardiness among the smallest sixth scheduling has been done.
