Abstract
The little of this research is application of cooperative learning model numbered heads together type, to improve students learning outcomes in IPS lesson at VI-B class. This classroom action research was using Stephen Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model with two of cycles. The purpose of this classroom action research is to improve student’s learning outcome throught cooperative learning model numbered heads together type in IPS lesson. The research was conducted in SDN Melandang Kec.Walantaka, Kab. Kota Serang. The subjects were class VI-B with total of students were thirty. The result in this research were (1) the application of cooperative learning model numbered heads together type to improve students learning outcomes, the proved that the improvement percentage of mastery learning in each cycle. The first cycle got equal to 70% , and second cycle or the last cycle experiencing of improvement reaching 93,3% (2) the study activity of students that occurs when research is also increase where the first cycle was 73,6%, and second cycle of the last cycle was 100%. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that by using how is the students learning activity in IPS lesson throught cooperative learning model numbered heads together type, the students in IPS lesson can increase.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini berjudul Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Heads Together untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas VI-B. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menggunakan model Stephen Kemmis dan Robin Mc Taggart dengan 2 siklus. Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered heads together dalam pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Melandang Kecamatan Walantaka Kabupaten Kota Serang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI-B dengan jumlah siswa yaitu 30 . Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered heads together dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, hal itu dibuktikan bahwa peningkatan presentase ketuntasan belajar pada setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus I memperoleh hasil 70% dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan mencapai 93,3% (2) aktivitas belajar siswa yang terjadi saat penelitian juga meningkat dimana pada siklus I memperoleh hasil 73,6% dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan mencapai 100%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered heads together hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS dapat meningkat. | |||||||||
