Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran example non example hingga mencapai minimal 85%. Jenis pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang dilakukan dengan 2 tahap siklus penelitian, dimana pada setiap siklusnya dilakukan dengan dua pertemuan. Tiap dilakukan dengan empat tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan instrumen tes, instrumen observasi aktivitas guru dan aktivitas belajar siswa. Dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran example non example aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Pada siklus I aktivitas belajar siswa 65,5% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 88,5%. Begitupun dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I menjadi 77% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 87%. Simpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini bahwa dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran example non example dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IV sehingga siswa dapat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Baros 3.

The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes and student learning activities using the learning model Example Non Example to reach at least 85%. Type of this research is classroom action research (PTK), which is done in 2 stages of the research cycle, where in each cycle performed by dua meeting. Each performed with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation stage, and the stage of reflection. The data collection techniques in this research is by using test instruments, instrument teacher activity observation and learning activities of students. With the implementation of the learning model Example Non Example, the activity of student learning and increase student learning outcomes. In the first cycle of learning activities of students 65,5% and in the second cycle increased to 88,5%. Likewise with the average student learning outcomes in the first cycle to 77% and on the second cycle increased to 87%. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study that with the implementation of the learning model Example Non Example can improve student learning outcomes and learning activities of students in social studies in the IV so that students can be active in the learning process of State Elementary School class IV Baros 3
