Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji hubungan Pengukuran Kinerja, Konsensus Terhadap Penerapan Strategi, Komitmen Organisasional dan Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank Konvensional KCU yang berada di Kota Serang, sebagai obyek penelitiannya. 7 bank konvensional dijadikan sebagai sample dengan 110 kuesioner yang disebar, tetapi kuesioner yang dapat diolah sebanyak 80 kuesioner. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan kuesioner diukur dengan skala 1-5. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Model) melalui program SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) versi 1.10. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan konsensus terhadap penerapan strategi berhubungan positif dan tetapi tidak signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan artinya H1 ditolak, pengukuran kinerja yang diukur dengan tingkat insentif dan promosi berhubungan positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan artinya H2 diterima dan H6 diterima dengan pernyataan bahwa komitmen organisasional berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Bagi penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambahkan variabel faktor eksternal lainnya seperti (kompensasi, motivasi dan budaya organisasi) dimana dari ketiga variable tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.dan menambah responden. Peneliti selanjutnya juga diharapkan dapat mengembangkan penelitian dari berbagai entitas bisnis lainnya, seperti seperti perusahaan manufaktur, perhotelan, jasa, dagang maupun BUMN.

Additional Information: | This study examined the relations Performance measures, Consensus on strategy implementation, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance. This study uses a convensional banking located in Serang, as the research object. 7 convensional banking as a sample with 110 questionnaires distributed, but questionnaires can be used as many as 80 questionnaires. The questions questionnaire measured with a scale of 1-5. Data were analyzed by using SEM (Structural Equation Model) through SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 1.10 versions. The results of this study expressed the consensus on strategy implementation is positively but no significantly with the employee performance means H1 is rejected, performance measures significantly positively related to employee performance means H2 is accepted and H3 is accepted by the statement that the organizational commitment and significantly positively related to the employee performance. For further research is expected to add a variable external factors (compensation, motivation, culture organizational) and add another responden. Further research is also expected to develop a research of various other business entities, manufacturing company, hospitality, service, commercial and state-owned enterprises (SOEs). | |||||||||
