Abstract

ASEAN Economic Community pada tahun 2015 merupakan tantangan yang harus dihadapi perusahaan nasional namun apabila dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik, maka ASEAN Economic Community 2015 dapat menjadi peluang yang bagus. Salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan perusahaan nasional agar dapat memanfaatkan peluang dan mampu bersaing dengan baik adalah produktivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Subdirektorat Cold Rolling Mill PT. XYZ. Produktivitas yang diukur berdasarkan Key Performance Indicator berupa volume finish product, non-conforming product rata-rata, inovasi produk dan proses, dan klaim produk yang diubah kedalam bentuk rasio. Model yang digunakan adalah Objective Matrix dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan pembobotan menggunakan Analytical Network Process dengan perangkat lunak Super Decisions. Dari hasil pembobotan diperoleh prioritas berturut-turut rasio 1 sebesar 0,31181; rasio 3 sebesar 0,26507; rasio 4 sebesar 0,21438; dan rasio 2 sebesar 0,20875. Indikator performansi tahun 2013 menunjukan nilai 5,312 dengan predikat level kinerja di atas standar dari rentang 4 hingga 10 pada pengukuran OMAX. Indeks produktivitas terhadap performansi sebelumnya pada tahun 2013 dari bulan Februari sampai Desember dengan bulan Januari sebagai periode dasar adalah -1,716%, -8,338%, 94,34%, -8,384%, -5,698%, -14,830%, - 15,122%, 4,307%, 21,264%, -35,409%, 66,538%. Perbaikan dilakukan pada rasio 1 berupa volume finish product dengan jumlah jam kerja tersedia dengan metode Fault Tree Analysis dan metode 5W+1H sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas.

One thing to be aware by national companies in order to take advantage of opportunities and compete well is productivity. This research carried out in Cold Rolling Mill Subdirectory PT. XYZ. Productivity is measured by Key Performance Indicators such as volume finish product, non�conforming product average, product and process innovation, and product claims are converted into the ratio form. The model used is Objective Matrix by first weighting using Analytical Network Process with Super Decisions software. From the result of priority weighting, obtained priority consecutively ratio 1 in the amount of 0.31181; ratio 3 in the amount of 0.26507; ratio 4 in the amount of 0.21438; ratio 2 in the amount of 0.20875. Performance indicator in 2013 shown the value in amount of 5.312 with over-the-standard level predicate in the range of 4 to 10 on the OMAX measurement. Productivity index of the previous performance in 2013 from February to December with January as the base period was -1.716%, -8.338%, 94.34%, -8.384%, -5,698% -14.830% -15.122% , 4.307%, 21.264% -35.409%, 66.538%. Improvement performed at ratio 1 that have the shape of volume finish product with number of work hours available to the Fault Tree Analysis and the 5W+1H as an effort to increase productivity.
