Abstract

Metode pengukuran kinerja Performance Prism digunakan untuk memperbaiki metode pengukuran kinerja pada PT. XYZ. PT XYZ sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penyedia air baku. Selama ini sistem pengukuran kinerja di PT. XYZ belum merepresentasikan kinerja keseluruhan karenahanya menggunakan pengukuran kinerja berdasarkan standar kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Key Performance Indicator berdasarkan stakeholder yang ada di PT. XYZ dengan metode Performance Prism, menghitung nilai bobot pada Key Performance Indicator dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process, dan membandingkan niali achievment dan target pada Key Performance Indicator. Pengukuran kinerja dengan metode Performance Prism digunakan karena dapat merefleksikan kebutuhan dan keinginan dari setiap stakeholder yang diidentifikasikan dalam bentuk tujuan (objective). Pengukuran kinerja tersebut merupakan pengukuran yang terintegrasi meliputi seluruh aspek perusahaan (stakeholder) yang menyangkut kepuasan stakeholder dan kontribusi stakeholder kepada perusahaan Pengukuran kinerja dalam penelitian ini juga didukung oleh beberapa metode antara lain pembobotan dengan Analytic Hierachy Process (AHP) untuk mengetahui skala nilai prioritas setiap KPI, Scoring System dengan metode Higher Is Better, Smaller Is Better dan One Zero untuk mengetahui nilai indeks total perusahaan pada tingat perusahaan. Hasil pengukuran kinerja pada PT. XYZ dengan Performance Prism berupa 56 KPI meliputi 11 KPI Stakeholder Investor, 14 KPI Stakeholder Costumer, 10 KPI Stakeholder Employess, 10 KPI Stakeholder Supplier, 11 KPI Stakeholder Regulator. Dari perhitungan pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan Higher Is Better, Smaller Is Better dan One Zero diperoleh nilai kinerja perusahaan sebesar 111.53 %. During this performance measurement system in PT. XYZ because that not represent the overall performance using performance measurements based standrad work. The purpose of identifying Key Performance Indicators based stakeholders in PT. XYZ with Performance Prism method, calculating the value of the weight on the Key Performance Indicators using Analytical Hierarchy Process, and comparing value achievment and the Key Performance Indicator targets. Performance measurement Performance Prism method used because it can reflect the needs and desires of each stakeholder are identified in the form of the goal (objective). Performance measurement is an integrated measurement covers all aspects of the company (stakeholders) concerning the stakeholder satisfaction and stakeholder contribution to the company's performance measurement in this study was also supported by several methods such as weighting by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the scale of the priority value of each KPI , Scoring System with the method of Higher Is Better, Smaller Is Better and One Zero to find out the total enterprise value of the index on the rank of the company. Performance measurement results of PT. Performance Prism XYZ form of 56 KPI include KPI 11 stakeholders Investors, 14 stakeholder Customer KPI, KPI 10 Employess stakeholders, stakeholder Supplier KPI 10, KPI 11 stakeholders Regulator. From the calculation of performance measurement using Higher Is Better, Smaller Is Better and One Zero corporate performance values obtained at 111.53 %.
