Abstract
ABSTRACT The enormous human needs of fossil fuel causes reserves of energy sources more and more redueed, so today the fuel derived from plants has developed, one of which is Bioethanol. The Government and citizen seemed blind that there are many sources of enerfy besides fossil fuels, and those fuel chich can not be renewed already bind the socicty tightly so being sought and hunted despite the prices are always high. this research lests fuel bietanol as a diversification step of fuel because fuel combustion is scanty, so teh analysis of flames on bioethanol fuel is still needed to do and compared with the premium fuel from the result of data testing and processing obtained thourgh testing tool rotary cup out burner, note that maximum temperature of premium occurs at an air flow of 5.5 3/s and fuel rate 2.73 ml/min with a temperature of 981 c while for bioethanol is with an air flow 7,70ml/s and a fuel rate of 2.8 ml/min with a temperature of 616"c. For maximum flame lenght of premium fuel is 49.418 cm while bioethanol fuel is 24.497 cm.
