Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of finansial compensation, intrinsic motivation, and physical work environment on employee performance. Variables used financial compensation (X 1 ), intrinsic motivation (X ), and physical work environment (X 3 2 ) on employee performance (Y). This type of research is quantitative research surveys and questionnaires, sampling techniques used are non-probability sampling method with the type of saturated or census sampling with a total of 50 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Treatment and research is done by using the tools of the program Statistical Package For Social Science version 2.0 (SPSS). The results of this study meunjukan that: (1) Partially financial compentation have a significant effect on the performance of employees, this is shown by the results tcount> t table (2.288 > 2.011) by using the real level of 0.05 then (Ha acceptable). (2) In partial intrinsic motivation significant effect on the performance of employees, this is shown by the results tcount> t table (3.005 > 2.011) by using the real level of 0.05 then (Ha acceptable). (3) Partially physical work environment significantly influence employee performance, is shown by the results tcount> t table (3.923 > 2.011) by using the real level of 0.05 then (Ha acceptable). Based on the correlation test three variables have a strong correlation coefficient value, evidenced by r = 0.889.
