Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of on the jobtraining and achievement motivat ion on employee performance. Variables used are on the job training (X 1 ) and achievement motivat ion (X ) on employee performance (Y). In this study the t ype of research used is quant itative research using iii 2 literature and field research such as observation, interviews, and quest ionnaires, with 65respondent at Production Depart men PT. Angels Products as respondents. For the method of mult iple linear regression analysis using SPSS v.20. These results indicate that: (1) partially financial compensat ion posit ive and significant positive effect on employee performance wit h results tcount (2,171)> t table (1.671) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. (2) Partially extrinsic motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance wit h results tcount (2,223)> t table (1.671) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. (3) partiallynon physical work environtment positive and significant effect on employee performance with results tcount (4,320)> t table (1.671) using the real level of 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted.
