Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the students’ achievement on Angiospermae Sub Concept on class VII at MTs Al-Mahdi Pabuaran through guided inquiry approach. The domains measured were cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The study was conducted in the second semesters academic year 2015/2016. This is descriptive method by using one shot case study design. The population of the study was the whole students grade VII of MTs AlMahdi Pabuaran. The sample of this research was Class VIIB chosen through simple random sampling. The instrument used to measure the students’ cognitive ability was multiple choice test. While the instrument used to measure the students’ affective ability was questionnaire, and the instrument used to measure the students’ psychomotor ability was observation. The research result showed that the average score of students’ cognitive ability was 60,30 at the sufficient level, while the average score of students’ affective ability was 78,18 at the good level, and the average score of students’ psychomotor ability was 90,40 at the great level.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada Sub Konsep Tumbuhan Biji Tertutup kelas VII MTs Al-Mahdi Pabuaran pada pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Hasil belajar yang diukur pada penelitian ini mencakup ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. Kegiatan Penelitian ini berlangsung pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2015/ 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan desain penelitian One Shot Study Case. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Mahdi Pabuaran. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII B yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Kemampuan kognitif siswa diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa soal Pilihan Ganda (PG). Kemampuan afektif diukur dengan menggunakan angket, dan tes kemampuan psikomotor diukur dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kemampuan kognitif siswa sebesar 60,30 dengan kriteria cukup, nilai rata-rata kemampuan afektif siswa sebesar 78,18 dengan kriteria baik, dan nilai rata-rata kemampuan psikomotor siswa sebesar 90,40 dengan kriteria sangat baik.
