Abstract
This study aimed to determine student is learning outcomes through model group investigation on environmental pollution sub concepts in class VII MTS Nurul Hidayah Malingping. The method used in this study was descriptive by an objective test, questionnaires and observation sheets as an instrument. This research was conducted in MTS Nurul Hidayah Malingping in VII class second semester of the school year 2013/2014. The samples used in this study were students of class VII B. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Based on the results of research conducted shows of students' cognitive abilities included in both categories amounted to 70,6%. So affective abilities of students included in both categories equal to 75,6%. Average yield learning model group investigation carried out by the students to the excellent category amount to 92,22%. It can be concluded that cognitive and affective abilities of students by using a model including both group investigation into good category.
