Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test whether the effect on the financial performance of the company's value. In this study, the company's value is measured by Tobin 's Q, financial performance measured by return on asset, current ratio and debt to equity ratio. The population used in this study is the automotif and component companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) of the year 2009-2014. The Samples were 12 companies using non probability sampling method. The analytical method used in this study are multiple linear regression . The results of this study show that : 1) return on asset (ROA) positive and not significant on company value. 2) current ratio (CR) positive and not sidnificant on the company value. 3) debt to equity ratio (DER) positife and significant on company value Keywords : Return On Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Company Value (Tobin 's Q).
