Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of variable inequality of income distribution, economic growth and minimum wage against poverty level (cases study Banten, West Java, Middle Java, and East Java). The analytical method that being used is linear regression analytical method of panel data with fixed effect model (FEM) method and also being helped by software eviews 8. The result of the research shown that during 2004-2013 the variable inequality of income distribution not significant effect to poverty level, economic growth and minimum wage has significant effect to poverty level. Simultaneous independent variable is significant effect the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination (R 2 ) known to be 0,98235, is show that 98,235% of independen variable such as inequality of income distribution, economic growth and minimum wage that includes able to explain the dependen variable is the poverty levely.
