Abstract
This aims of this study is to focus the possibility of logical learning model on the idea of the qualities of living creatures and to focus student learning results in the idea attributes of of living things by applying context oriented learning model. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The populace was all student of class VII SMP islam daruttaufiq-anyar scholarly year 2013/2014 class VII A used as a sample taken by random sampling. Information acquired utilizing the perception sheet and numerous decision tests. The outcomes demonstrated that the utilizing of context oriented models executed 100% by the teacher. While by student was 74% with a classification adequate in meeting and 80.33% I-II meeting to get the great class. Investigation of student learning results demonstrated 12% of student are in the great classification, there are 44% of student in both classifications and 44% of student in the enough classification. It demonstrates that the utilization of relevant learning model make the aftereffects of understudy figuring out how to be good learner student.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran kontekstual pada konsep ciri-ciri makhluk hidup dan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada konsep ciri-ciri makhluk hidup dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kontekstual. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Islam daruttaufiq-Anyar tahun ajaran 2013/2014 dengan sampel penelitian yaitu kelas VII A yang diambil secara random sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model kontekstual terlaksana 100% oleh guru. Keterlaksanaan oleh siswa adalah 74% dengan kategori cukup pada pertemuan ke- I dan 80,33% pertemuan ke-II didapat dengan kategori baik. Analisis hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan 12% siswa berada pada kategori sangat baik, terdapat 44% siswa pada kategori baik dan 44% siswa pada kategori cukup. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual menjadikan hasil belajar siswa menjadi baik. | |||||||||
