Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership and product innovation to competitive advantage. The sample in this research is 51 respondents with the sampling technique is purposive sampling of employees at the shoe company in the province of Banten. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents concerned. The analytical method used is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The data were processed using software Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) version 3. The results of this research revealed that all the independent variables in this study is the transformational leadership and product innovation, have a positive effect to competitive advantage.
