Abstract

This research was be appointed from the formulation problem of the research which based on business phenomena happened in PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero), Tbk, at Human Capital Integration & Administration division (HCI & A), that was poor employee performance shown by the height of data of manhour loss which is conducted by employee and data of achievement of performance which is not in accordance with predetermined targets. From these following problems of research, study theory and research are doing in advance, then formulated 3 hypothesis i.e. H1, H2, and H3, with the research methodology is descriptive and verification which using 41 samples of respondents for research with research instrument questionnaire compiled based on indicators such Transformational Leadership (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (X3), and Employee Performance (Y) with 21 questions. The data processing results indicate that partially, H1 denote that transformational leadership take a positive effect and significant was rejected and not proven. While H2 and H3 is accepted or proven, that job satisfaction take a positive effect and significant against employee performance in HCI & A division of PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk., and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) take a positive effect and significant against employee performance in HCI & A division of PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. Key words: Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Job Satisfaction.
