Abstract

The main and fundamental problem in employment in Indonesia, including high unemployment. This is because, the increase in new work force is much larger than the employment growth that could be provided annually. Investment is a very important component of economic development preformance. components of the acceleration of economic growth such as capital accumulation, population growth, and technological progress, as the accumulation of capital investment becomes the dominant factor in improving and multiplying quality physical resources and human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of Salary, GDP, Domestic and foreign, partially on educated unemployment in the province of Banten and determine the influence of Salary, GDP, Domestic and foreign, together or simultaneously to the educated unemployed in the province of Banten. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of panel data (data pooling). Data panel is a group of individual data in meticulous during a vulnerable time. The model used in this study is the linear regression model where the linear regression model using cross section data and time series. Based on the results of data processing can be analyzed that the minimum Salary, GDP, Domestic and foreign, together significant effect on the variable educated unemployment in the province of Banten. This is indicated by F count generated is greater than the F table is 219.3164 > 3,1261 at the 25 percent level of confidence, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted or variable Salary, GDP, Domestic and foreign, simultaneously significant effect on the Educated Unemployment in Banten Province period 2006-2013

Masalah utama dan mendasar dalam ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia diantaranya adalah pengangguran yang tinggi. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena peningkatan tenaga kerja baru jauh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan lapangan kerja yang dapat disediakan setiap tahunnya. Investasi merupakan komponen sangat penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Beberapa komponen percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi seperti akumulasi modal, pertumbuhan penduduk, dan kemajuan teknologi, investasi sebagai akumulasi modal menjadi faktor dominan dalam memperbaiki dan melipat gandakan kualitas sumberdaya fisik dan sumberdaya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Upah, PDRB, PMA dan PMDN secara parsial terhadap Pengangguran Terdidik di Provinsi Banten dan mengetahui pengaruh Upah, PDRB, PMA, dan PMDN secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap Pengangguran Terdidik di Provinsi Banten. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu berupa data panel (pooling data). Data panel adalah sekelompok data individu yang diteliti selama rentan waktu tertentu. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi linier yang mana dalam model regresi linier menggunakan data cross section dan time series. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dapat dianalisis bahwa variabel Upah, PDRB, PMA, dan PMDN secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran terdidik di Provinsi Banten. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan Fhitung yang dihasilkan lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu 219.3164 > 3,1261 pada tingkat kepercayaan 25 persen. yang berarti bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima atau variabel Upah, PDRB, PMA, dan PMDN secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran terdidik di Provinsi Banten periode 2006-2013
