Abstract

Analizyng food consumption pattern family industrial laborers in Kecamatan Mekar Baru. The method used data food consumption, that is quantitative method recall 24 hours that all types and by noting the amount of food consumed within 24 hours twice periode of time. Data analyzed by using the microsoft excel and program analysis of food. While in the processing of data used in the study using pattern of food the hope of using the way of the score according to the pattern of Indonesia food hope the year 2001 have ideal score 100 on food on food that has determined such as grains, the tubers, animal food, oil and fat, nuts, fruits, sugar, vegetables, seasonings and drink. A score of a pattern of hope for food in Kecamatan Mekar Baru of 52,97% which showed that the pattern of hope in food in new bloom is still below the pattern food hope Tangerang of 83,3% and the pattern of national hope 93,3%. This shows that food consumption family industrial laborers still not nutritious, balanced and varied. The goverment expected to improve regional minimum wage the workers in order to prosper his family, by ingestion of nutritious food, diverse and balanced so that income tax a score was obtained better. Increase of knowledge to the society on nutritious food, diverse and balanced by means of activate counseling by the relevantoffice. Pangan merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia yang pemenuhannya menjadi hak asasi setiap rakyat Indonesia, aksesibilitas pangan yang rendah mengancam penurunan konsumsi makanan yang beragam, bergizi, berimbang dan aman di tingkat rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pola makan keluarga buruh industri dan mengetahui pengaruh Upah Minimum Regional terhadap pola konsumsi pangan keluarga buruh industri di kecamatan Mekar Baru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis pola pangan harapan untuk menganalisis berapa besar skor pola pangan harapan yang didapat dari 9 bahan kelompok pangan yang telah ditentukan, skor yang didapat yaitu sebesar 52,97. Analisis Regresi Linier digunakan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh Upah Minimum Regional terhadap pola konsumsi pangan keluarga buruh industri di kecamatan Mekar Baru. Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan didapatkan persamaan regresi linier yaitu Y = 42.813 + 0,0000207 X. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa skor pola pangan harapan di kecamatan Mekar Baru masih dibawah skor pola pangan harapan yang ditentukan oleh Kabupaten Tangerang sebesar 83,3 dan skor pola pangan harapan nasional sebesar 93,3, sedangkan Upah Minimum Regional secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap pola konsumsi pangan keluarga buruh industri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis memberikan saran agar pemerintah dapat meningkatkan upah buruh dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang pola konsumsi pangan yang bergizi, beragam, berimbang dan aman agar dapat memenuhi skor pola pangan harapan.
