Abstract
Development gaps between regions is an aspect that occurs in the economic activity of a daerah.Ketimpangan is basically caused by the differences in natural resources and demographic contained in each region. Investment is an important factor in driving the economic growth of a region. Investments are divided into two, namely, the investment made by the private sector ( foreign direct investment ( FDI ) and domestic investment ( DCI) ) and the investment made by the government . DAU to emphasize its use to fund salaries and benefits, employee welfare , operations and maintenance as well as the physical construction of facilities and infrastructure in order to improve basic services and public services in the community needed . DAK can be done through the determination of the direction and priorities of the use of DAK in accordance with national interests. This research aims to know the influence of private investment DAU and DAK against inequality and regional development at the district/ city of Banten Province. Methods of analysis used is the method of linear regression analysis with the method of panel data GLS with the help of Software Eviews 8. The results of this research show that private investment and significant influential while DAU DAK insignificant against thein fluential regional development Inequalities at the district/city of Banten Province. Imultaneously influential independent variablessignificantly to the dependent variable. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of known 0.671719. This shows that 67.1719% of independent variable in the form of private investment, DAU and DAK was able to explain the dependent variable i.e. regional development Inequalities at the district/ city of Banten Province.
