Abstract

Economic growth is a matter of the economy in the long term are influenced various factors. This study aimed to analyze the influence of private investment and nett export to economic growth of Indonesia. The method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square using analytical models Linear Natural logarithm. This study uses secondary data such as time series data of observation of 30 years from the period 1982 to 2011, the data is processed using a computer program Eviews 8. The results of this study, simultaneous shows that private investment and nett export a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia at the rate of 95% or α = 5% and the coefficient of determination (R2) of 88.13 percent. Partially showed that private investment significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia as well as nett export significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia.
