Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the factors that affect the use of the balanced scorecard and the impact on organizational performance. The sample in this study are a Manufacturing Company located in Banten Province to the analysis unit managers as respondents. Data obtained through questionnaires circulated to respondents. Obtained a total of 32 respondents in this study. The data were processed using software SmartPLS. The results showed the influence of contingency factors to the use of a balanced scorecard and the use of a balanced scorecard successfully mediate the size of the organization as well as environmental uncertainty on organizational performance. Contingent factors positively affects the use of a balanced scorecard.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan Balanced Scorecard dan dampak terhadap kinerja organisasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur yang berada di Provinsi Banten dengan unit analisis manajer sebagai responden. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden. Diperoleh sebanyak 32 responden dalam penelitian ini. Data diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh faktor kontijensi terhadap penggunaan Balanced Scorecard dan penggunaan Balanced Scorecard berhasil memediasi ukuran organisasi serta ketidakpastian lingkungan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Faktor kontijensi berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan Balanced Scorecard. | |||||||||
