Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of product innovation, process innovation and market innovation on the performance of financial and non-financial performance. The population in this study were middle managers who work in manufacturing companies in the city of Cilegon. The total sample of 50 managers were selected by purposive sampling method. This study used data collected from the results of questionnaires sent to a sample that has been selected. The data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using a software program SmartPLS. The results showed that the product innovations affect the financial performance, innovation processes affect the financial performance, innovation on the performance of financial markets, product innovation to the non-financial performance, innovation process on the performance of non-financial and market innovation to the non-financial performance.
