Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of top management support, information systems user training, and infromation systems experience against user satisfaction information HMIS impact on management accounting system information quality. Research based on the use of information systems that use the support of top management, user training, experience as a variable is often a barometer of whether or not the user satisfied with the quality of the information related to the management accounting system information. The quality of the management accounting system information is as basis for decision making by top management at hospital institutions in order to address issues such as product pricing, inventory control and labor negotiations often involve user information systems. The sample in this study were taken by using the method of data collection is called purposive sampling. The samples used as many as 34 respondents. Data were analyzed using analysis techniques PLS (Partial Least Square) through software SmartPLS. In addition, to test the hypothesis eighth Sobel test to examine the relationship intervening variables that exist in the hypothesis. The results showed that the top management support directly and positively related to the level of user satisfaction owned by HMIS information and quality information management accounting system. Furthermore, top management support positive effect on the quality of accounting information management system through user satisfaction HMIS information. The results showed that experiences a positive effect on the quality of management accounting information system owned by a user of the information system.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan manajemen puncak, pelatihan pengguna sistem informasi, dan pengalaman sistem infromasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna informasi SIMRS dampaknya terhadap kualitas informasi sistem akuntansi manajemen. Penelitian berdasar penggunaan sistem informasi yang menggunakan dukungan manajemen puncak, pelatihan pengguna, pengalaman sebagai variabelnya sering menjadi tolak ukur puas atau tidaknya pengguna informasi terkait dengan kualitas informasi sistem akuntansi manajemen. Kualitas informasi sistem akuntansi manajemen tersebut adalah sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan oleh manajemen puncak pada lembaga rumah sakit untuk dapat menangani masalah-masalah seperti harga produk, pengendalian persediaan dan negosiasi tenaga kerja yang sering melibatkan pengguna sistem informasinya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang disebut purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 34 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software SmartPLS. Selain itu, untuk menguji hipotesis kedelapan dilakukan uji Sobel untuk menguji hubungan variabel intervening yang ada di dalam hipotesis tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan manajemen puncak berhubungan langsung dan positif terhadap tingkat kepuasan yang dimiliki oleh pengguna informasi SIMRS, dan kualitas informasi sistem akuntansi manajemen. Selanjutnya dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas informasi sistem akuntansi manajemen melalui kepuasan pengguna informasi SIMRS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas informasi sistem akuntansi manajemen yang dimiliki oleh seorang pengguna sistem informasi. | |||||||||
