Abstract

The development of the automotive supply business is now fast enough, it can be observed many emerging automotive dealerships in urban fourwheel. Consumers experiencing indent in the purchase of vehicles. One of these car dealers who often have difficulty in determining the types of vehicles that will be in stock due to limited land for the purchase of vehicles in the company that I researched tersebut.karena PT. Mighty Mobilindo shoots. To determine the criteria for the type of vehicle that will be saved by the need konsumen.dan determine the value of the priority ranking of the weight of the car stakeholder criteria based on the needs of consumers. This research using AHP method, the method is a framework for effective decision making denan of complex problems and speed up decision-making by solving the problem into parts or variables in a hierarchical arrangement. Data obtained and calculated using Expert Choice Software 11 and AHP to make decisions type of car storage. Based on the data obtained from the processing of the data determines the value of the ranking weight stakeholder priority criteria based on the needs of consumers who will be selected by Mighty Mobilindo PT.Tunas that of sub-criteria to rank order 1 get random value index (RI) 0, Consistency Ratio (CR) 0, Delivery performance criteria to rank 2 get a random value index (RI) 0, Consistency ratio (CR) 0, criteria Care service with rank 3 get random value index (RI) 0.58 Consistency ratio (CR) 0.007, Match criteria to rank 4 get a random value index (RI) 0.9 Consistency ratio (CR) 0.048, Focus criteria and objectives with rank 5 get a random value index (RI) of 1.12 Consistency ratio (CR) 0.048, quality criteria to rank 6 random index scores (RI) 1.24 Consistency ratio (CR) 0.048. Additional Information: Perkembangan bisnis supply otomotif saat ini cukup pesat, hal ini dapat kita amati banyak bermunculan dealer-dealer otomotif roda empat di perkotaan. Konsumen mengalami indent dalam pembelian kendaraan. Salah satunya dealer mobil yang seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan jenis kendaraan yang akan di stock karena keterbatasan lahan untuk pembelian kendaraan di perusahaan tersebut.karena itu saya meneliti di PT. Tunas Mobilindo Perkasa. Untuk menentukan kriteria -kriteria jenis kendaraan yang akan disimpan berdasarkan kebutuhan konsumen dan menentukan nilai rangking bobot prioritas kriteria stakeholder mobil berdasarkan kebutuhan konsumen. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode AHP, metode ini sebuah kerangka untuk pengambilan keputusan denan efektif dari persoalan yang komplek dan mempercepat pengambilan keputusan dengan memecahkan persoalan kedalam bagian-bagian atau variable dalam susunan hirarki. Didapatkan data dan dihitung menggunakan Software Expert Choice 11 dan metode AHP untuk mengambil keputusan penyimpanan jenis mobil. Berdasarkan data yang didapat dari pengolahan data menentukan nilai rangking bobot prioritas kriteria stakeholder berdasarkan kebutuhan konsumen yang akan di pilih oleh PT.Tunas Mobilindo Perkasa yaitu dari subkriteria order dengan rangking 1 mendapatkan nilai random Indek (RI) 0, Consistency Rasio (CR) 0, kriteria Delivery performance dengan rangking 2 mendapatkan nilai random Indek (RI) 0, Consistency Rasio (CR) 0, kriteria Pelayanan service dengan rangking 3 mendapatkan nilai random Indek (RI) 0,58 Consistency Rasio (CR) 0,007, kriteria Garansi dengan rangking 4 mendapatkan nilai random Indek (RI) 0,9 Consistency Rasio (CR) 0,048, kriteria Fokus dan tujuan dengan rangking 5 mendapatkan nilai random Indek (RI) 1,12 Consistency Rasio (CR) 0,048, kriteria Kualitas dengan rangking 6 mendapatkan nilai random Indek (RI) 1,24 Consistency Rasio (CR) 0,048
