Abstract
Cilegon, especially in the routes Cilegon - PCI has two transportation routes along the road to Cilegon, namely city transport route Serang - Cilegon are colored blue, in this case the researchers transportation route Cilegon – PCI PP serviced less optimal. It can be seen by stacking and passengers at least at certain times. Therefore it is necessary to do research on Performance Evaluation City Transport Services Cilegon, especially on Route Cilegon - PCI which has a stretch that ends at the Housing Complex PCI. Do data collection begins with a survey of the population of the city transport to determine the number of samples to be studied. The number of samples is determined using simple random sampling method, as well as in determining the amount of the fleet. Then do the collection of data on urban transportation performance indicators which can be analyzed by the standard of public transport services of the Directorate General of Land Transportation in 2002 and Minimum Service Standards PM no. 98 in 2013. Based on the results of research on the Performance of Services and Total Fleet Transport City In Kota Cilegon with Case Studies Cilegon City Transport Route - PCI PP obtained a total weight of 24 criteria GOOD. For the evaluation of the city transport services using questionnaires from the results obtained with the 47% criterion MEDIUM
