Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect environmental management on environmental performance, and environmental performance on financial performance in companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Sample wore taken by using purposive sampling then selected with predetermined criteria and obtained a sample of 96 of a total 24 companies listed on the Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2014. Data analysis techniques used in this reseacrh is ordinal logistic regression analysis and simple regression analysis by OLS method. The results showed that the variable environmental management has a positive significant effect on the environmental performance, and the variable environmental performance has a positive significant effect on financial performance.
