Abstract

Mahli (2221090352): EfektivitasPendekatan Andragogi On Citizens Learning In Growing Awareness Package B Compulsory in CLC Al-Muhit Lebak Wangi Walantaka subdistrict, Serang. Essay. School Education Studies Program. University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, 2015. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the approach Andragogy, raises awareness of compulsory education, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of andragogy approach for awareness raising compulsory in PKBM Al-Muhit Lebakwangi Walantaka subdistrict, Serang. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collected by observation, interview and documentation study. Analysis of data using triangulation. The results showed the results of this study concluded that the effectiveness of the approach Andragogy learning at CLC Al-Muhit Walantaka Lebak Wangi District of Serang City look at the planning, implementation of the evaluation study involving residents learn. Awareness of citizens studying in CLC are learning climate, cooperation for mutual respect among participants. between participants and tutors. The participation of citizens to learn diagnosing learning needs, plan a schedule of learning activities, learning attitude of civic responsibility in their learning activities. Factors driving / supporting in the learning peyelenggaraan PKBM Al-Muhit, including the infrastructure, the passion and dedication of teachers to serve with sincerity, looseness rules applied and cheapening the cost of education. Factors inhibiting learning at CLC Al-Muhit including with regard to the learning time during the day, within the house to the CLC, and economic factors or financial problems.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendekatan andragogi, menumbuhkan kesadaran wajib belajar, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dari pendekatan andragogi dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran wajib belajar di PKBM Al-Muhit Lebakwangi Kecamatan Walantaka, Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pendekatan andragogi dalam pembelajaran di PKBM Al-Muhit Lebak Wangi Kecamatan Walantaka Kota Serang terlihat pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan evaluasi belajar melibatkan warga belajar. Kesadaran warga belajar di PKBM terdapat iklim belajar, kerjasama yang saling menghargai antarpeserta. antara peserta dan tutor. Keikutsertaan warga belajar mendiagnosis kebutuhan belajar, merencanakan jadwal kegiatan pembelajaran, sikap tanggung jawab warga belajar dalam kegiatan belajarnya. Faktor pendorong/pendukung dalam peyelenggaraan pembelajaran di PKBM Al-Muhit, diantaranya adalah sarana prasarana, semangat dan dedikasi guru dalam mengabdi dengan ikhlas, kelonggaran aturan yang diterapkan dan murahnya biaya pendidikan. Faktor penghambat pembelajaran di PKBM Al-Muhit diantaranya berkenaan dengan waktu belajar siang hari, jarak rumah ke PKBM, dan faktor ekonomi atau masalah keuangan.
