Abstract

This research was aimed to test the effectiveness of Trichoderma sp. In rice media growth in stressing the growth of wilt diseases fusarium that was infected of tomato plants ( Lycopersicumesculentum mill ). This research was conducted in the region CikurayRancaSanggalvillage of Cinangka distirct. From March until April 2014 with used Randomized Completetely Design( RCD ) with one factor that consisted 5 levels namely Trichoderma sp.treatment ( T ): T0: without Trichoderma sp. , T1: Trichoderma sp.10 g per polybag , T2: Trichoderma sp.20 g / polybag , T3: Trichoderma sp.30 g / polybagand, T4: Trichoderma sp.40 polybag / g.Parameters observed were: attack of illness, plant height , the number of leaves , leaves area and, plant dry weight. This research showed Trichoderma sp. treatment significant to parameter observed is: that disease outbreaks100%, plant height ( cm ) : T0: 0, T1: 58,4, T2: 61,8, T3: 73,6 and, T4: 73,8, the number of leaves: T0: 0, T1: 68,8, T2: 57, T3: 73,8 and, T4: 73,4, leaves area( cm² ): T0: 0, T1: 97,77, T2: 92,51, T3: 108,85 and, T4: 118,36 and, plant dry weight( g ): T0: 0, T1: 11,6, T2: 12, T3: 13,4 dan, T4: 15,2. T1, T2, T3, and T4treatment showed that plants growed healthy without Fusariumoxysporumf.splycopersici infected the which has been growing infected in the media.

Penelitian ini telah di laksanakan di daerah Kp.Cikuray Ds. Ranca Sanggal kec. Cinangka dari bulan Maret sampai April 2014 dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor yang terdiri dari 5 taraf. FaktorperlakuanTrichodermasp( T ) ialah:TanpaTrichodermasp. ( T0 ), Trichodermasp. ( T1 ) : 10 g/polybag, Trichodermasp. ( T2 ): 20 g/polybag, Trichodermasp. ( T3 ): 30 g/polybag,danTrichodermasp. ( T4 ): 40 g/polybag. Parameter yang diamatisebagai berikut: seranganpenyakit, tinggitanaman, jumlahdaun, luasdaun, bobotkering. Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkan bahwaperlakuanTrichodermaspberpengaruhnyatapadasemua parameter yang diamatiyaitu: seranganpenyakit 100%,tinggitanaman ( cm ) : T0: 0, T1: 58,4, T2: 61,8, T3: 73,6 dan, T4: 73,8, jumlahdaun: T0: 0, T1: 68,8, T2: 57, T3: 73,8 dan, T4: 73,4 , luasdaun ( cm² ): T0: 0, T1: 97,77, T2: 92,51, T3: 108,85 dan, T4: 118,36, danbobotkering ( g ): T0: 0, T1: 11,6, T2: 12, T3: 13,4 dan, T4: 15,2.Perlakuan T1, T2, T3dan,T4menjadikantanamantumbuhdengansehattanpaterserangpenyakitFusari umoxysporumf.splycopersici. yang telahdiinfeksikan di media tanam
