Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence on good governance, internal control and capacity building to performance of government in Province of Banten. Data collected through questionnaires with purposive sampling technique to the respondents, they are head of division, head of subsection and head of section on 114 respondents from 15 SKPD in Province of Banten. Data analyze was using Software SPSS 20.0. The results showed the reliability of the data is reliable because all the statements have Reliability Statistics Cronbatch Alpha value of all the variable component is greater than 0.6. The test results show that the data normality distributed data is normal. The test results show that the assumptions of classical regression model used free from interference multikolinearitas, heterokedastisitas and autokolerasi. The results of showed that good governance, internal control and capacity building have a influence to the performance of government.
