Abstract

From this research, the study of the problems of theory and previous research search then formulated three hypothesis H1, H2, and H3. This research method is descriptive and verification that uses a sample of 71 respondents out of a total population of 368 employees. With research instrument a questionnaire compiled based Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Physical Work Environment (X3), and Employee Performance (Y), with the number 18 statement. The sampling technique using saturated sample. For analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v20. Based on the analysis using SPSS v20 known that multiple regression equation Y = 1,777 + 0.145 X1 + 1.135 X2 + X3 0101. The value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0.983, which means that there is a strong and significant relationship between Transformational Leadership Style, Discipline Work and Work Environment Physical against Employee Performance, while the value of determination coefficient = 96.6% can be interpreted that the employee's performance can be affected by preventive discipline and extrinsic motivation. While 3.4% is influenced by other factors beyond the study. The results showed that the variables Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment has a significant influence partially on the performance of employees at PT.
